Residential Programs
Assisted Living
Cadbury Commons’ Assisted Living Program is designed for those individuals who cherish their independence. Our Assisted Living Residents receive up to one hour per day of personal care assistance based on an individualized assessment and may include assistance with Activities of Daily living such as bathing, dressing, personal grooming, and escorting within the building. Our medication management program is also available to Residents.
Our Wellness Program, under the leadership of our R. N. Director of Resident Care, is available to assisted living residents and includes: initial assessment and development of an individualized service plan; periodic nursing consultation coordination of supplemental services, if needed; blood pressure and weight monitoring; periodic review of Residents’ services plans as needs change. The Assisted Living Program includes three meals per day, daily bed making and trash removal, weekly laundering of bed and bath linens (one load) and one load of personal laundry per week.
Independent Program
The Independent Program at Cadbury Commons is available to those individuals who enjoy the benefits of living in a residential community, but do not require assistance with activities of daily living. Independent Residents receive a host of services and
amenities while maintaining their independent lifestyle.
The Independent Program includes three meals daily and one load per week of bed and bath linens. Personal laundry may be added for an additional fee. Other services, such as self-administered medication management, escort services or designated off-street parking space, may also be added at additional cost for an individualized Independent Living program.
Respite Stays
Our Respite Program offers an appealing option to seniors in need of a short- term stay. Respite Guests are varied, some are staying to give a much-needed break to their caregivers at home, others might be recovering from a hospitalization, and some, perhaps, are sampling the possibilities of Assisted Living. Respite Guests stay in one of our attractively furnished suites with television and local telephone service and receive the same services we offer our full time residents.
